Question: How long does it take to process personalized jewelry?

Answer : We operate a jewelry factory and have a professional craftsmen team. Different personalized products need different processing time:
Text engraving and photo customized products normally take 1 business day. Name jewelry will take 2-3 business days.

Question:  Do I need to adjust the preview of personalized jewelry to the best effect?

Answer : No, please don't worry, our professional craftsmen will make the best presentation effect when customizing photos or engraving text jewelry. You only need to submit your photos or engraving content.

Question: How long will my order be delivered？

Answer: Different countries or regions have different delivery times. The United States, Canada, Britain, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Australia, and New Zealand usually deliver within 5-9 working days.

Answer : U7 Jewelry passed quality verified by international institution SGS - Currently the world's largest and oldest product quality control and technical identification multinational company, showed in every product page details.

Question: What is your product's material ?

Answer : U7 now has thousands of products and continues to design various fashion styles like personalized photo heart locket,men's dog tag,gold chain,cross pendant,rose bracelet,hoop earrings and so on. Different styles of products are made of different materials. The most commonly used materials are brass,316L stainless steel, S925 sterling silver,18K gold plated, platinum plated, rose gold plated, AAA+ Cubic Zirconia. Regardless of the material, we ensure that our products comply with EU environmental protection standards, pass SGS certification, and are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.

Question: U7 Jewelry is real gold or gold plated ?

Answer : Our products are plated with 3 layers thicker 18K real gold/platinum using best technology to keep durability, it is not real gold,because gold price is much more expensive,we are unable to sell solid items in that price. But U7 jewelry will not fade in 1-2 years or longer time because the best gold plated technology. Of course,whatever real gold or gold plated jewelry, it should try to avoid water,cosmetic and sweat to keep it good. 

Question: What if i use it at the gym? if i sweat will that affect to the product?

Answer : Our gold plated products are made with best 18K real gold/platinum plated technique and excellent craft, normally will not fade in 2 years. But they maybe damaged if used by inappropriate wearing habits. It is not recommended to wear gold-plated jewelry when sweating a lot. 

Stainless steel jewelry can be worn when sweating. If you want to wear jewelry when sweating frequently, stainless steel products are recommended.Our store also has many stainless steel products, welcome to buy.

Question: How to protect my 18k gold plated jewelry does not fade or longer lasting ?

Answer : Try to avoid wearing it while bathing and sweating, it will be good for long time.
